We invoke players who are in it for more than just the rewards — the ones who stick around when it gets tough and have each other’s backs. Disruptive complaining is left at the door. 

We enjoy messing around, but we're not about disorderly conduct. We plan, organize and execute. Keeps things efficient so we can actually enjoy the game (and maybe win a few things while we’re at it).

We’re all about being open and honest when it comes to gaming decisions. We want the team to know why. Keeping each other in the loop always leads to better results.

Victory doesn’t come from one role — it comes from every piece working in sync.
Whether you’re the heavy-hitter on the front lines, part of Leadership calling the plays, or the creative brain making sure our Mythic Events slap — it all matters. 

We believe in ugly truths over pretty lies — as long as it’s done with tact.  If you’ve got a complaint, say it — directly and respectfully of course. 

What we don’t do is talk behind each other's backs in group chats or stir the pot in public. 

That kind of behavior creates mob mentalities and bullying — and we’re not about bringing high school into this. We’re all grown — let’s act like it.

Harassment, shady gossip, poaching, or just being a toxic buzzkill? Nah. Not here. If there’s a problem, our Officers talk it out and make the call. If it’s serious, you’ll be out — blacklist and all. Don’t test us 😌

We know players put real time and energy into this game. So when someone kills it in an event or holds down the alliance when others are away, we see that. Recognition is not just part of the vibe here — it’s deserved.
