The Myth Events Assistant is a vital support role responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and execute alliance events that keep the Myth community engaged, motivated, and connected. Whether it's internal challenges, alliance-wide tournaments, or social initiatives, the assistant plays a behind-the-scenes role in ensuring events run smoothly and uphold the values of Myth: fun, fairness, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning alliance events (e.g., APC tournaments, themed challenges, mini-games, giveaways, trivia nights, etc.)
• Help draft announcements, rule guides, prize lists, and recap summaries for event posts (primarily via Discord)
• Coordinate with the Events Lead or S4s to gather input and finalize event details
• Monitor event participation and provide reminders, updates, or clarifications as needed
• Help track entries, points, or outcomes depending on the event type
• Assist in managing event spreadsheets or scoring systems (training provided if needed)
• Suggest new, creative, and fair-play-oriented event ideas that fit Myth’s culture
• Spot potential issues before they arise (conflicts, confusion, loopholes) and suggest fixes
• Keep a lookout for member behavior and participation that deserve spotlight recognition
• Provide feedback and help refine future events based on member input

Skills & Traits We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and organized with good communication skills
• Familiarity with our in-game event mechanics (especially APC, AvA, SvS, RSS events, etc.)
• Comfortable using Discord tools like Threads, Emojis, Mentions, and basic formatting
• Supportive, friendly, and patient — someone who enjoys encouraging others to participate
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for fairness, clarity, and community vibes
• Can follow through on tasks and keep sensitive info (like surprise events or reward lists) confidential
• Not afraid to speak up or ask for clarification when unsure
• Respects the chain of command and values structure and order

Bonus If You:

• Have experience running or hosting events in other games or Discord servers
• Know how to use Google Sheets or similar tools
• Are familiar with Dark War Survival’s more advanced mechanics
• Have graphic editing or meme-making skills for fun promo material
