The In-Game Events Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling, and promoting all game-hosted events to ensure maximum alliance participation. From Zombie Siege to SvS, this role helps members stay prepared, informed, and hyped. You’ll be the bridge between in-game activity and our Discord announcements — keeping morale high and ensuring events run as smoothly as possible, especially when leadership is working behind the scenes.

• Coordinate and schedule event times based on member availability by periodically running alliance-wide votes or polls
• Announce and remind members of upcoming in-game events using both:
  • In-game Alliance Chat (@all reminders at key time intervals)
  • The ⁠🛡・event·announcements channel on Discord
• Post advance alerts before major events begin with tips and prep advice
  • Example: “🧟 Zombie Siege starts soon! Don’t forget to place your strongest heroes at the City Gate and don't stop healing your troops!”
• Ensure you're active during events to help answer questions and boost visibility
• Track overall participation trends and share feedback or suggestions with leadership
• Stay familiar with all recurring in-game events so you can answer member questions confidently
• Be a visible, positive presence that keeps energy up and encourages members to take part, especially during times when officers are tied up with internal Myth event planning — this is vital

• Organized and proactive communicator
• Familiar with the full cycle of in-game events and how to prepare for them
• Consistently active in both Discord and in-game chat
• Comfortable @mentioning the group and posting reminders at appropriate times
• Reliable with good follow-through and attention to timing
• Positive, encouraging attitude with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
• Able to keep cool under pressure and adjust if plans or times change

• Know how to make event graphics, countdowns, or fun reminders
• Have hosted event coordination roles in other alliances or games
• Are familiar with tools like Discord scheduling bots or external poll generators
• Are open to working closely with Leadership, Myth Events Assistants or content creators

• A trusted voice in Myth's day-to-day event operations
• Increased recognition and responsibility within the community
