The In-Game CP Monitor is a core enforcement and evaluation role responsible for tracking member Combat Power (CP) and Tech Contribution Points, ensuring all players are progressing according to their rank. You’ll help maintain a strong and competitive alliance by identifying members who need support, reminders, or — when necessary — removal. This position works hand-in-hand with the Activity Supervisor to keep the alliance sharp, active, and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track all members’ Combat Power (CP) and Tech Contribution Points, maintaining accurate records in the ⁠︱・spreadsheets channel
• Work closely with the Activity Supervisor to evaluate member performance and cross-check data
• Send daily reminders to members showing insufficient progress, with an emphasis on support before action
• Post screenshots of member responses in the ⁠︱・reference·messages channel to ensure transparency and prevent accidental kicks
• Ethical Reminder: This channel is strictly for operational communication. Personal conversations should never be shared unless necessary — and even then, sensitive info must be hidden
• Lead the kick process for members who fall below minimum expectations
• Send “Welcome Back” messages to members who are removed, reminding them they’re welcome to return if they become active again
• Apply the 3-strike rule — three kicks results in a permanent ban from rejoining
• Consider context and community contributions before deciding on a kick:
  
  • Did they respond to your reminders?
  • Are they active in events or morale boosting?
  • Are they considered a LOYAL? (LOYALS get an extra day and always receive a Welcome Back message)

• Have past experience in member management or alliance moderation
• Are familiar with CP growth strategies and tech contribution mechanics
• Work well with others and enjoy being part of a tight officer team
• Are organized, punctual, and good at flagging performance trends early

• Major influence in shaping Myth’s strength and longevity
• Respect from fellow officers for holding the line with professionalism
• A deeper understanding of the game’s systems and progression mechanics
• Recognition for being fair, honest, and a steady hand in tough calls
