The In-Game Activity Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining alliance strength by monitoring and documenting member progress. Through daily tracking, clear communication, and thoughtful enforcement of alliance standards, this Officer ensures that all members are staying active, accountable, and contributing to the growth of the alliance. This is a high-trust role requiring consistency, strong judgment, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and log member progress in specific areas (Activity Level and Watchtower Level)
• Keep up-to-date records in the ⁠︱・spreadsheets Discord channel for officer reference
• Coordinate closely with the CP Monitor, as both roles share overlapping responsibilities in evaluating activity and growth
• Monitor daily progress and send reminder messages to members falling behind
• Post screenshots of member responses in the ⁠︱・reference·messages Discord channel to prevent confusion or accidental kicks
• Follow all ethical guidelines: only post necessary information for alliance operations; never share personal conversations without proper discretion
• Lead the kicking process when needed, ensuring that communication and opportunities to improve have been provided first
• Send “Welcome Back” messages to members who are removed due to inactivity but eligible to return in the future
• Assess member behavior holistically: consider communication, event participation, and overall loyalty before making a final decision
• Enforce the 3-strike rule (3 kicks = ban from re-entry)
